OK SO YOU MOVED IN BUT HAVE FOUND THAT YOU AND THE FLATMATE/HOUSEMATE DON'T GET ALONG OR THEY HAVE TO MOVE - WHAT CAN YOU DO?
There are forms to cover the lease and bond side of things but you may still find that either you or a new housemate will need to make up the balance of the Bond to the satisfaction of the Agent/Lessor.
